Jose E. Herraiz

José E. Herraiz is a lawyer and economist with over 25 years of experience advising clients on corporate, tax, and asset management matters. His practice spans a wide range of sectors, including real estate, hospitality, aviation, audiovisual, and wealth management, where he offers a multidisciplinary legal and economic perspective. ​ 

He holds a Law and Business degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE E-3), a Master’s in Taxation from Garrigues, a Master’s in Corporate Law from the Universidad Internacional de Andalucía, and has completed the General Management Program (PDG) at IESE. ​ 

In addition to his legal practice, José has worked extensively as an advisor and project manager in various business phases, from startup and growth to consolidation and restructuring. ​ 

He works in Spanish, German, English, French, and Italian.
